I've been working with BPO industry for almost 5 years now. My first account was with mobility account where we handle billing concerns and upgrades for their mobile plans. Recently I worked as Reservation Sales Specialist, we focuses in booking their hotel reservations, make sure that every detail is accurate and correct. I'm also doing my best everytime I assist a guest to provide excellent service and to provide what the client is looking for or to meet what the guests needs. I was recoginized as top sales specialist for meeting the Revenue and even exceeded the target. I also received many commendations from guests for the excellent assistance I'm providing. In every work, I make sure that I'm impressing clients and guests so that they will always use our service.
