in Finance/Accounting with a good understanding of different business trading and consulting &

managerial experience makes me understand Trading/Accounting/Finance process

Budgeting,forecasting,Analysis, Accounting,Fund Management,Tax,Cost Control,KPI,MIS ,forex

trading,commodity trading,hedging and proven experience of adapting to different

tax/accounting/software makes me more suitable for this position . The other points that also make

suitable for this position are 24 years of experience in Finance/Accounting -

Accounting,Controlling,Treasury &Tax(Indian&USA Income tax return filing for 6 months)and

have a Masters degree in Commerce (Finance& Accounting), highly flexible,eager to learn/stay

updated , team player and to further my career . I have worked in different accounting software and

adapting to a new accounting software& system is not new to me.

I am currently working as Accounts Officer in Doon Business School where my

forecasting ,budgeting and projections make fund planning & utilisation efficient .

Prior to that I had my own Consulting in Finance & Accounting with nearly 15 clients. I have

provided Accounting right from journals to finalizing annual accounts(profit&loss and Balance

sheet),taxation and statutory filings,treasury-bank reconciliations,project reports to get funding from

banks,fund management and have successfully released loan size up to Euro 750,000/- and provided

them with Controlling-budgets,forecasts,projections and other analysis as required. I had an

assignment to file USA IRS tax returns for which I had hardly two to three weeks to prepare during

my consultancy stint.

My other experiences include Manager Finance in Santham Exports Pvt Ltd where I had introduced

Zero based budgeting,Just in Time inventory & Export Management-direct customs clearing &

documentation without any Customs house Agent , Analyst in Comex -trading commodities in

NYBOT, NYMEX, CBOT& CME and Financial Analyst in Asia Fx Pte Ltd trading forex in spot

market.

I am highly motivated and have experience in Indian Taxation and USA Taxation .I am eager to

adapt/learn any new tax systems & standards .I have successfully completed an online Certificate

course in IFRS and CPD US GAAP-Foundation conducted by ACCA(London) .I have recently

started my ACCA.
