Building relationships is my favourite part of the job, leaving every client and team, with a smile on their face.

With a background in project management and design, I have executed large scale construction projects through their project lifecycle. Being a self-motivated and organised, I am a “get it done” individual. I add value by guiding and coordinating effectively so your team can focus on their tasks at hand.

Having started my career in design and then moving over to project management, I have realised my true talent lies in working with people; supporting, motivating and helping them gain perspective in order to solve problems. Here’s a brief overview of how I believe my experience would translate:

·      Coordination and project scheduling are integral to projects and companies alike. This is a skill I have mastered; coupled with my ability to learn quickly, these are key to executing plans effectively.

·      Communication is key in every team. I am well versed in communicating (in all forms) with all stakeholders from the clients to the directors.

·      Trust is of utmost importance to me, no matter the circumstances I will never break trust between myself and the team, client or stakeholders of the company.

·      Resourcefulness is the key to breaking into any new role; as a generalist I am able to research, learn quickly, think creatively and solve problems, executing projects and tasks effectively.

·      Remote working - Nikes Headquarters in Johannesburg (design and build) was executed 70% remotely from Cape Town. Transparency, collaboration, communication and creative thinking are the tools that fuelled my resourcefulness, discipline and attention to detail; supporting the coordination required to fulfil the project scope flawlessly.
