I have experience as a customer service agent in Digicel Trinidad and clerical experience in Human Resource in the Judiciary as a vacation leave and correspondence clerk. This also included front of office responsibilities, dealing with employees and members of the public alike, acting as a first point of contact for queries and greeting guests. I have a passion for customer service and working in the field for 3 years has helped me develop better communication skills and this pairs will with my willingness to help people and provide information.
