I began my professional journey in 2019 as a customer service representative in a BPO company specializing in retail services. In this role, I was responsible for assisting customers with their needs before and after their purchases. I handled inquiries about products, processed orders, tracked deliveries, and resolved complaints in a timely and professional manner. This experience allowed me to develop strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to remain calm and patient even in challenging situations. I learned how to manage my time effectively, multitask, and provide accurate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Working in a fast-paced environment also helped me become more adaptable and detail-oriented.

After gaining valuable experience in the corporate field, I decided to follow my passion for teaching. I am currently working as a homeroom teacher specializing in kindergarten education. Teaching young learners has been both a challenging and fulfilling experience. I guide my students in developing their foundational skills in reading, writing, and communication. I also help them build confidence, good behavior, and social skills that are essential for their growth. As a teacher, I create lesson plans that are engaging, interactive, and suitable for the learning level of my students. I strive to provide a safe, positive, and supportive classroom environment where children feel encouraged to express themselves and enjoy learning. This role has strengthened my creativity, patience, and ability to adapt to different learning styles.

In addition to my full-time teaching position, I also work as a part-time ESL teacher. This role has given me the opportunity to teach English to non-native speakers from diverse cultural backgrounds. I have improved my ability to explain lessons clearly using simple language and effective teaching strategies. I have also developed greater cultural awareness and flexibility in handling different types of learners. Teaching ESL has enhanced my confidence and strengthened my passion for helping others improve their communication skills.

Overall, my experiences in customer service and education have shaped me into a dedicated, hardworking, and versatile professional. I have developed strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills that I apply in both teaching and customer service. I am passionate about helping others, whether by assisting customers or guiding students in their learning journey. I am committed to continuous growth and self-improvement, and I look forward to gaining more experience and contributing positively to any organization I become part of.
