I worked as a Software Engineering Analyst for my client Google on behalf of Accenture. I have work experience for 25 months in the communication and telecom domain for one of the big 4 clients. I involved in the implementation of deep links for the aviation industry using core java. Worked for one of the Aviation application which includes data such as Flights Schedule, Availability, Fares, and Taxes etc. The core part of the job was to provide consulting, integration, support services, data entry and tools for the airfare pricing and shopping product. Developed monitoring and reporting scripts to give automated support to the applications and to reduce manual work. Maintaining releases, deployments and operational readiness testing before deployments. Involved in various enhancements as per client requirements. I have also worked on debugging codes to provide bug fixes. I was in the team which developed an AI-enabled chatbot for operations management reducing dependence on stakeholders. I was promoted to Software Engineer in the year 2020.
