am, having more than 20 years of experience working as Executive Secretary /Admin Assistant in construction industry, supporting different officials, in the company, mainly organizing and maintaining the executive’s schedule and assisting them by performing a variety of administrative tasks. The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on a timely and efficient manner enabling the executives to focus on their managerial responsibilities without worrying about other tasks.
My day to day activities include, but are not limited to maintaining diaries, taking messages screening and redirect where appropriate, respond/distribute emails to staff and others as appropriate, prioritize incoming correspondence and follow up, performs a variety of typing assignments as appropriate to the position, taking dictation, organize meetings, coordinate communication within and outside the dept., various data entry jobs, handling of petty cash etc..
