Veena Viswanath

Hi, I am Veena.

I have eight years of experience working with HSBC. I started as a customer service representative in Jan 2003 where I talked customers through installing a banking software and making payments and viewing account information.

After a year and a half  I got promoted as an Assistant Manager and my responsibilities included coaching, ensuring that the team is informed of the procedural updates and these are implemented, handling irate customers, dealing with complaint emails, preparing management information reports, conducting monthly one on ones, personal development plans, half yearly and yearly appraisal and project management skills.

In 2011 I joined Gartner as an Operations Analyst, where I handled the territory management and the account moves. My achievement was visibility of the territory to the NEW Hire on Day 1 and automating the territory details.

As I had health issues during my pregnancy I had to take a career break. During the break I took a couple of courses. I joined Analytic Edge and Appen so that I could work remotely and take care of my kids.

On November 2017, I started working with Bath Fitter. This company is based in COPAIGUE, New York. I piloted the texts, chats and email correspondence for the team. Then I took up responsibilities such as block outs reminder emails and reporting. I shared the daily, weekly and monthly team stats. In addition I also reported the cancellations, unsold, appointments etc.

I have also taken up an online course in Skip Tracing and currently pursuing UI/UX Course

I believe that all processes can be made simpler and easier thus enhancing one’s productivity leading to efficient customer service and which in turn improves the organisational growth.
