Stryker Medical Field Service
Stryker is a medical equipment manufacturing company, and they have many large and heavy weight devices which are installed at various
locations where they send their technicians for maintenance and repair of those big machines and sometimes machines are installed in
basements where there is no internet access so they wanted a solution that can work offline and that can work on iPads and their CRM
system is Salesforce so we used Servicemax to design a solution for them that can work offline and can help them to close the work orders
and support cases. We have done heavy customization and we have done it in Japanese language also. This solution was implemented 3
regions: 1. USA 2. EU and 3. Japan. We have developed many SFW and SFMs for them and we event opened those SFMs from Salesforce
custom button as well, we have used timesheet and preventative maintenance concepts of Servicemax as well. I was involved in this project
as a Tech lead and worked on both Salesforce and Servicemax customization parts.

Stryker acquired a new division called Medical Redmond and wanted us to do a B2B solution for them to sell their surplus equipment that too
using Salesforce as their CRM so we used Salesforce B2B Cloudcraze to implement that solution. Cloudcraze was a very new technology
when we implemented that, so it was very exciting to implement this solution.
NovoTrax Smart City
We are creating a web-based product that will integrate different departments of the city like Police Department, Education Department, Fire
Department, Health Department. We are trying to break the silos and trying to build a centralized distributive system as part of that we have
developed a product for education department called “On the Bus” which lets parent track their children’s bus and once their kids are in the
bus or the school, they can track that as well in the real time, we are doing this with the help of RFID antennas. We are also working for
police department to build body cams for them, so it is one of the most interesting projects I am doing, and I am involved in this product as
the head of product development.
