I worked in a semiconductor company as a Process/Quality Engineer for more than 3 years and most of my tasks are on providing controls, both containment and preventive, to the processes, safety and quality of the products. I was also given opportunity to manage 60 people of supervisors, technicians and operators and provide them the trainings, working instructions and certifications they need to start and perform their duties properly. I was also able to interact with different internal departments, other manufacturing companies and suppliers which gave me in-depth knowledge in the operations, business decision making, product development, auditing and more. I had handled multiple projects that help improve the yield, PPM, time cycle, delivery and product cost.
Currently, I am working as a Virtual Admin Support / Customer Service with specialty in concert ticket purchasing, creating Zoho CRM modules, Excel Macros, Pivot Table configurations, generating and modifying Airtable worksheets, lead generations, data entry and app safety specialist.
