Vani Samonte Bautista

A pleasure day to you! My name is Vani Bautista, 23, female and currently residing in Batangas, Philippines, 4213. I started working in a Telecommunication Company which is T-Mobile in Alorica Centris, Quezon City Philippines as a Customer Service Representative for a year, and then got promoted as a Senior Representative for a year as well and then from the production floor, we got transferred in the training team to help out new reps. After a year of hard work as a Senior Rep, I got promoted as a Team Manager (coach) for a year. Working for a Telco company is not that easy. We should be an expert in many aspects such as Billing, Account, Technical and Troubleshooting as well. But the most important thing is to always make sure the Our Customers are Happy. In that three years of experience, I learned a lot of things especially on how to give happiness to our clients, our customers, our team and the company. Also, I learned how to manage my time, be flexible, be positive, be polite and humble, and open to learn something new.

Besides my job experience, I am also an expert in using some tools like WPS, Google Docs, spreadsheet, Slides, and Presentation. In my field of work as well, I am an expert in Chat and Email Support, Troubleshooting and Retention. We used a lot of tools and I am very open to learn more to be a better help to you! I will make sure to be 100% devoted to every task that will be given to me and be a part of your success!
