I began working for small businesses that did not have Human Resources structure or recruitment processes set up. Since transitioning, I have worked with small businesses throughout the US offering recruitment, sourcing, job posting solutions, and upgrading their hr processes and supporting job seekers having trouble finding work or are transitioning.
