I am a graduate of Bachelor in Elementary Education way back 2008. I started working as a sales clerk in two different shopping malls in Davao City for almost 2 years. I was also given a chance of Alternative Learning System a government agency here in the Philippines to become an academic facilitator of those out of school youths for a year. I started my BPO career year 2014. I was hired as a call center representative for almost 4 years. I took calls for different accounts both order entry and customer service relations call. As a call center representative i possess and an attitude of being dedicated and professional in all the task that was assigned to me. Base on my experience i can manage any shifting schedules, i can adopt into multi tasking and i am computer literate. As of the moment I am looking for an offline work basically focus on data entry in order for me to work at home fulltime while im taking care of my children. I am not very particular when it comes to salary as long as I am earning while i'm doing my role as a mother. I assure you that in every work that I am into I always give my best to help the growth of the company.
