Collaborated with the Wedding Planner and Assistant to develop comprehensive wedding timelines,
detailed checklists, and execution plans for each event.
Took charge of sourcing vendors (venues, decoration, photography, catering, etc.) and monitored progress
to ensure all elements were executed according to plan.
Acted as on-site coordinator on wedding days, ensuring smooth operation from venue setup and guest
welcoming to bride & groom support and sound–lighting management aligned with the event schedule
