I’ve been a Senior Quality Engineer in a manufacturing company where I process bill of materials, ensure quality raw materials are used in the production, set reachable quotas through time and motion study. I also became a Management trainee in a logistics company where in I conduct time and motion studies to improve the process and decrease downtime and eliminate waste in the process.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst in my previous job, my main tasks are to monitor and check the quality of the output for the project that I am supporting, report on weekly quality metrics, helping my specific project towards a passing rate, provide deep dive analysis to find trends and root causes of markdowns to improve project performance, provide coaching session for team members to discuss common opportunities and recommendations, collaborating with Team Leads, trainers, and clients to ensure calibration regarding process, and data gathering and presentation to Leadership team. I am very happy about the work that I do on a daily basis and I feel fulfilled with my work
