The biggest frustration for Valentina is not to follow the trends of
technology. She have enourmousneed to stay with the flow and

Biography
Valentina is a self taught designer and she became
freelancer immediately after graduating. It was so
clear that old traditional structure will not work for
her. As she is an admirer of effective leadership, she
graduated on the subject of Value Driven Organization while also becoming a scientific author with the
list of +40 interviewed project managers.

Being short time in the brand industry, she accomplished projects with organizations such as RTL
Group, Bookafy, ABC Accelerator, Orbico group,
Swissfactory, etc. When she isn’t working, in the spare

1. Finding the organization where I could
be me was really challenging. Becoming
aware about the fact that I need to accept
the old traditional leadership was the
biggest turnpoint. Will I stay or should I
go from my country?
1. How I can start working in a creative
industry if I don’t have enough experience? Should I wait for 5 - 10 years or
should I do an MVP of my life?
1. During my career learning curve was
so high each and every day. But most
important is that I fall in love with
branding. I begin to wonder if I can
become Creative Director of an organization with a purpose?
