I love traveling and I've been working in the tourism Industry since 2008 as tour operator representative, concierge and tour leader. I've worked in Greece, Tanzania, Dominican Republic and UK. Now I live in Tuscany (Italy) where work mostly as a freelance travel concierge and tour leader.

I'm native Italian and I know English and Spanish very well. I'm customer & detail oriented, I can work under pressure and have excellent problem solving skills... being a tour operator representative helped a lot!

I also love reading and writing. I wrote and published 4 books in Italian - the last one talks ironically about tourism and tourists (Storie di una assistente turistica).

I am also a blogger and I manage www.gliscrittoridellaportaaccanto.com, I write articles for Il Ponte di Sacco and I manage some Instagram accounts related to the travels industry.

I love to work from home, offering remote assistance to clients or writing blog articles, books or website contents.

I have high-speed internet connection and a lovely macbook. Last but not least: I've learnt how to manage my time efficiently while working from home.
