I obtained a Collaborative Grant that allowed me to help in designing and implementing a new educational and academic program on Industry 4.0 topic, strengthening my organizational and project management skills. Among the main activities:

• Worked in collaboration with the Senior Project Manager to define project goals and establish a timeline and plan to achieve them
• Provided optimal assistance to the Project Manager and handled a variety of tasks, including the editing and proofreading of +350 video lessons

EIIS - European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability, Rome September 2020 - January 2022

I led the conception and development of an online training course on Biodiversity Management, in partnership with WWF Italy, with the aim of transmitting to the future generation of professionals the adequate knowledge to manage a more sustainable future. Among the main activities:

• Support to the definition and execution of the strategic and marketing plan, reaching in the first year after the launch 250+ subscribers and a total turnover of + €195,000
• Support to the Communication and Marketing department for the development of new promotional campaigns, definition of the funnel, content marketing strategies; customer care on social pages (Facebook, Instagram) and emails
• Community management activities of course participants and relations with faculty and partners
