Being the first point of contact across support, I have gained extensive experience with high value customers (spending over 200K for support per year), educating them on the contractual implications and business practices, selling the different levels of support offered by Oracle and effectively dealing with all types of enquiries.
I have excellent communication skills and greatly enjoy working in customer service. I am attentive and empathic but firm with difficult customers and have great experience resolving objections or disputes.
