Val Santhuru

I work in procurement and supply chain management and also teach at a post-secondary level. My work includes supporting purchasing activities, reviewing supplier information, and helping with basic contract and procurement-related tasks.

I previously worked with Alberta Health Services in a procurement role, where I supported purchasing processes and system changes. This included working with internal teams, following established procedures, and using procurement systems for day-to-day work.

I currently teach procurement and supply chain courses at SAIT. I focus on practical examples, clear explanations, and helping students understand how procurement works in real situations. I also assist with preparation, documentation, and administrative tasks related to teaching.

I have worked in different countries and environments, which has helped me become adaptable and comfortable working with people from different backgrounds. I follow instructions carefully, communicate clearly, and complete assigned work on time.

I am looking for remote or contract-based work where I can provide reliable support in procurement, supply chain, or related administrative tasks.
