Hi,

I’m Vaishnavi Naphade, I come from a city with a rich cultural history and heritage, my childhood revolved around people embracing art and traditions. This led me to develop a strong bond with different forms of art. Today I have come to a belief that a product is not just about assimilating attractive designs but being mindful and empathetic towards the needs of the audience.

I joined Mindstix Software Labs in 2018 as a Product Experience Designer. Over the past couple of years here, I have covered many roles from being a designer to mentoring young passionate newlings in this design-led product development agency.

On an everyday basis, I facilitate enterprise solutions across domains like IT, B2B, Sales, and E-learning platforms. I have showcased many digital product designs like web-based applications and experiences for some of the esteemed companies like Estee Lauder and VMware. From discussing the requirements to project kickoffs to deliveries; I am one of the key persons to administer the execution. My journey so far has taught me to be worthy of building empathetic art to the customers from scratch, and I have thoroughly enjoyed doing so.
