My name is Yuri. I’ve spent most of my professional career in the BPO industry. All those years were with AT&T customer service. I started off as an agent and handle Technical Support, billing and sales for voice, chat and email platform. I received multiple awards and incentives almost month per month within the span of 3 year in when I was an agent and then I got promoted as a Quality Analyst where I monitored calls to ensure the quality of service we provide to our customers.
When I was a QA I developed my analytical skills and learned how to be more attentive and be keen to details. 2 years later, I became a supervisor where I had the opportunity to showcase my leadership skills and help new agents on how to be great with customer service. Motivation and coaching where my main tasks as a supervisor in helping agents improve and be successful in their chosen field.
Moreover, I had worked alongside clients and the management team to launch a program, which eventually became successful. I am an advocate of a fun and healthy work environment which I believe could drive self-motivated and hard-working individuals in achieving greatness at work.
With the years of experience I had with customer service, I can say that I am already a “Rock Star”
