required.
Management accounts, Performance measurement and analysis

o Coordinating the budget and forecast process by involving all the
relevant departments and tracking and monitoring the actual costs with
budgets.
o Conducting variance analysis, following up on project delivery, monthly
reporting of projects and business unit performance.
