As the manager, my responsibilities included ensuring the successful delivery of digital
production campaign assets and email operations for HP's online shopping channels. I played
a pivotal role in stakeholder management, conducting regular meetings with onshore
partners on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to assess delivery performance,
engagement models, and project pipelines.
Additionally, I led a team of 10 individuals with diverse skills, ranging from email campaign
management to program management.

I led a diverse team comprised of web designers, copywriters, and campaign managers,
responsible for driving and executing weekly demand generation campaigns. Our primary
focus was ensuring the timely launch of high-quality offers and successful new product
launches.
