I am an experienced customer support and virtual assistant personnel. I have experience in the use of several tools: CRM tools, Project Management tools( Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Monday.com), Appointment and Scheduling Tools( Calendly, Acuity for scheduling), Google Workspace, MS Office tools and others for great customer service experience, team collaboration and organisation.

I also have basic understanding of business reports and analysis such as PnL report, GP report, Inventory management, Stock Analysis reports and others.
