I’m a BBA student with a strong interest in building a career in customer support and marketing, while also exploring freelance design work. I’m passionate about helping people, solving problems, and improving user experiences through clear and empathetic communication. I am confident in handling customer queries via chat, email, or voice support and am currently learning tools like Zendesk and Freshdesk to strengthen my technical skills. My calm and patient approach helps me deal with customers professionally and positively. Alongside this, I’m also interested in digital marketing. I enjoy understanding how brands connect with their audience and am gaining hands-on experience in areas like content planning, social media management, and brand communication. I have worked with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, and Meta Business Suite, and I’m constantly looking to expand my knowledge in SEO, paid ads, and performance analytics. I also enjoy design as a creative outlet, especially in logo design and illustration, which further enhances my understanding of branding and visual identity. What sets me apart is my eagerness to learn, adaptability, and the drive to take initiative. I am open to freelance, part-time, or full-time remote roles and am fully committed to delivering professional, consistent, and high-quality work.
