I Ugwu patience ndidi has worked as customer service officer in banking industry for over 8years and as a financial advisor for over 5years in insurance company, as a banker I use to make calls and send mails inorder to resolve customer's service issues and make sure that I go extra mile to make customers happy and satisfied them with our services.

As a financial advisor in insurance company, I use to go out for marketing and making contact inorder to sell our products and bring in businesses to my company, as a financial advisor I use to go out for presentation in a company or in an organization, telling them about our product and service inorder for them to make savings and investment with us.

Am a computer literate and I can use computer very well for sending mail, Microsoft excel, Microsoft word and attending to mail too
