I am a curious, driven professional with a strong foundation in engineering and a growing passion for building products that solve meaningful user problems at scale. My journey began with a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from MNNIT Allahabad, where I developed strong analytical thinking, discipline, and a habit of taking ownership — qualities further shaped by my involvement in NCC and captaining the college basketball team. These experiences taught me teamwork, resilience, and the importance of leading by example.
I started my professional career as a Software Engineer at Citrix, working in a customer success engineering team. This role gave me direct exposure to real customer challenges and helped me understand how products behave in the hands of users. I realized that technically correct solutions are not always intuitive for customers, which sparked my interest in product management. I initiated the development of an AI-based chatbot to address repetitive customer issues, improving response times and overall satisfaction, reinforcing my belief in building scalable, user-centric solutions.
I further strengthened my product mindset during my internship at PhonePe, where I worked on automating internal workflows to improve operational efficiency and enable business growth. Currently, as a Product Management Intern at IDFC FIRST Bank and an MBA student at XLRI Jamshedpur, I continue to deepen my understanding of customer behavior, business strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
Beyond academics and work, I am deeply invested in continuous learning, fitness, and personal growth. Reading, sports, and mentoring juniors keep me grounded and motivated. I enjoy environments that value ownership, curiosity, and collaboration, and I thrive when solving ambiguous problems with structured thinking and empathy.
