I’m Udeme Udoh, a multidisciplinary professional with a strong background in product development, research, business operations, and digital strategy. I thrive at the intersection of user needs and business goals—helping organizations build meaningful products, optimize internal processes, and communicate value effectively.

Over the past few years, I’ve worked in startup environments, leading and contributing to projects in product development, business development, and content strategy. I’ve worked with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, operations, and support, bridging gaps between users and internal teams to deliver thoughtful, usable solutions.

At Pricepally, I served as a Product Owner and QA Analyst, where I led the end-to-end development of a custom operations/supply chain software. I managed the product backlog, handled user support issues, helped shape product roadmaps, and worked closely with the engineering and design teams to translate ideas into tested, deployable features.

I also co-founded and led product/ops efforts at NotchUp Foods, a cereal packaging brand in Nigeria. There, I developed internal workflows, managed distribution, and led small-scale hiring efforts to support growth. We focused on affordable nutrition for low-income families, and my work contributed to increased capacity and improved customer retention.

With TechSkills for Professionals, I applied my skills in research, writing, and strategy to deliver high-impact business reports, whitepapers, and presentation decks—helping clients clarify goals, communicate value, and make smarter decisions.

I’ve also collaborated on community-building projects like Bondy, a support platform for single parents. From user research and feature flow design to stakeholder interviews and deck creation, I played a pivotal role in shaping early direction.
