A Business Leader and currently a Freelance Consultant with core strengths in Operations, OD, Talent Management, Capability Building, Business Excellence, Strategy and Program Management. 

With a very strong pedigree in Institutes of National & International repute, I have had quality experience working hands-on on various projects and deliver value for my organization. Some Key projects include

1. Productivity improvement by ~ 40% by re-engineering the Plant Layout and the Manufacturing Process

2. Tripled the revenue from an Overseas Key Account in a span of 2 years by improving the Product Quality, Timely Delivery and aligning the Delivery Planning with the Customer's Requirements

3. Spearheaded the Marketing efforts to diversify the business into a new segment, resulting in a share of 5% of Revenue from this segment in 2 years.

4. Led the process of a Strategic Alliance with a Japanese firm for Diversification into a Product / Technology - Expected to add 20% to the Revenue in 2 years

5. An OD intervention (first-of-its-kind in my organization) to develop a framework to define the Leadership Competencies and Functional Skills required for the organization and a framework to assess the employees on the Competencies and Skills and plan Development Interventions

6. Designed and implemented a Talent Management process to develop the leadership pipeline for the organization - Under implementation and expected to yield results in the next 2-3 years.

Owing to my passion for contributing to the Society at large, I have conceptualized and steered the implementation of two projects (through Implementation Partners) in the field of Education. Under the CSR ambit of our organization, we are managing the following two projects 

1. We adopted a Vocational Training institute in the catchment of one of our Manufacturing Sites and are imparting Technical and Life Skills to their students and making them more employable

2. We have collaborated with a University in the catchment of another Manufacturing site of ours and are imparting Life Skills to their students to make them more employable

In addition, I am passionate about Training, Coaching, Mentoring, and Teaching. I am engaged in coaching and mentoring College Students and I have been a Trainer in my organization on the following topics
