In 2018, I started to work for Sitel Nicaragua, there I was hired for the Starbucks campaing. I handled emails for 6 months and then I was transferred to chat. In chat LOB (Line Of Business), I was for 2 years and 1 month. The tools that I handled there was Oracle. Afterwards, I quitted and I began in a company called One Link that the name was changed to Webhelp the current name. There, I selected to work for Cash App campaing through phone, I learned to much things about how that app works. Finally, I left that job and I worked for a company called eTags. This company provides vehicle registration services along others like title transfer or duplicate title.
I can say that I have learned a lot of things in the Customer Service industry and I have the disponibility to work right now.
