Working in EasyDrive Car Rental Co. ( AUTORENT ) as an “Customer Support
Executive” from January 2012 to present.
RESPONSIBLITIES
Resolve customer complaints via phone & email.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of
inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Making transactions on E-Drive software for new delivery and replacement
vehicles.
Update all vehicle on Tamm on time for avoiding traffic fines.
