I have been passionate and diligent in my career for the past years of working as a Customer Service Representative. I’ve been to two different international BPO companies before, both successful employments. Worked in a healthcare account, trained to provide patients eligibility, insurance benefits and coordinate with professional doctors in the US. Secondly, I worked for a financial account, which I became an expert in solving problems, developed my analytical skills, and enhanced my capability of communication. I was also given the chance of apprenticeship to my Team Leader, handling some part of his duties such as managing the team when he is not available by conducting one-one-one coaching, listening to random recorded calls then giving out feed backs for improvement, attending to huddles with the team, discussing our metrics, and side-barging with live calls. Lastly, I worked for one of the biggest online tutoring platform in China as a ESL Teacher. Though I’m not a certified teacher, I was given the chance to handle advance classes, such as handling IELTS, TESOL and TOEFL. Sometimes, I am also coordinating with my Team Leader to test new tools, checking for errors, noting feed backs on how to improve the new system before they implement it.
I can say that I’m used to work with minimal supervision, which is what I really like because I’m able to work independently. Aside from these skills, I still have other basic skills that I can use for this position I am applying. I always make sure that I’m doing and giving my very best in every job that I do.
I believe, there are a lot of applicants with higher experience than mine, maybe stronger than I have, but these skills are useless if the behavior and value towards work is not the priority.
