Customer service can be of a challenge, but i always love a good challenge. In my experience i have met a few indifferent people with different personalities. There are many ways to offer great customer service to these clients. I have notice that empathy, sympathy, building rapport and most importantly listening and understanding what the customer has to say can play a great role in being an excellent customer service representative. Most times these techniques will keep customers going even if you will not be of much help to them.
