During my time as a UI/UX designer, I've tackled a plethora of challenging and stimulating projects across a wide variety of international corporations. Some of my favorites include:

• Procter and Gamble: Conducted 10 user interviews and developed 3 personas, leveraging insights for a comprehensive redesign of a product quiz for mobile and desktop access of remote and mobile workforce. Conversion rate of the product quiz increased by 40% within 3 months.
• Western Alliance Bank: Conducted 10 user interviews, experience and WCAG accessibility audits, and created 2 personas. Used Figma to collaborate with a team of global designers to create a modern design system, mockup over 40 low fidelity and high-fidelity web pages, and worked with developers to implement the re-design for internal and external users.
• Medtronic: Used Figma to create a modern design system for a website re-design; worked with developers to implement a new, modernized site for users totalling over 10 pages.
• Thomson Reuters: Worked to standardize and distill differing internal processes. Developed an intuitive user-friendly documentation hub and conducted reviews of generated content to ensure its readable and understandable, achieving user satisfaction rating of 80% and achieving user participation of 70%.
