I am a well rounded individual with over 12years of experience in customer service. I interact with clients giving excellent customer service and is passionate about satisfying their every need. With this job I exercise time management as each client is dealt with in the soonest possible time.

I am a reliable, hardworking and goal oriented young woman who loves to succeed in whatever challenges I undertake. I am a very sociable person and possess good interpersonal skills. I work as a great team player, however I am also able to work on my own initiative.

My objective is to provide excellent customer service and writing skills in order to achieve the organization goals, while gaining the relevant work experience to enhance my personal growth and development.
