I’m an experienced professional with over five years in the BPO industry, focused on customer service, healthcare support, and medical billing. I started my career in a sales role for a retail account, where I spent three years developing strong communication and problem-solving skills. I learned how to connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that added real value.

For the past year and five months, I’ve worked as a healthcare representative, assisting patients with benefit verifications, insurance questions, and appointment coordination. I’ve gained hands-on experience navigating complex insurance policies and working closely with patients to resolve concerns quickly and professionally. This role helped me develop a deeper understanding of the healthcare system and the importance of delivering compassionate, accurate support.

I later transitioned into medical billing, where I’ve been working for the last 11 months. My responsibilities include processing claims, posting payments, managing denials, and ensuring accurate billing across different insurance providers, including Medicare. I’ve become confident in reading EOBs, using billing modifiers appropriately, and working with EMR and CRM systems such as Inovalon.

I’m highly organized, detail-oriented, and known for being a quick learner. Whether I’m working independently or with a team, I always aim to complete tasks efficiently and with a high level of accuracy. I also have experience in basic bookkeeping and general administrative work, which adds flexibility to the support I can offer.

Outside of work, I enjoy online gaming—especially titles like Valorant and Call of Duty Warzone—which helps keep my reflexes sharp and my mind focused. I also love discovering new places and trying different types of food, which keeps life interesting and balanced.
