He has particular experience construction project management. He is also a self- motivated character with the ability to work for long hours with minimum or no supervision. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS -: Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Makerere University. During my course of study, I undertook classes in construction technology, building science, quantity surveying, project planning, evaluation, scheduling, and management among others. December 2018 – Present Day: Project Manager Cream General and Technical Services Ltd As a project Manager on the above project, am responsible for the following duties; Construction scheduling. Before the execution of the project, I was responsible for the scheduling of tasks and activities to be undertaken during the course of the project. Measurement of works done by the different subcontractors to determine their payments Preparing of daily reports, weekly reports and monthly progress reports and also to communicate any other issues as they may arise. Payment of sub-contractors and other workers for the works done. Quality assurance and control. Management of workers on site. 2. November 2015 – November 2018: Project Manager, Construction of Apartments for Mr. Turyamureeba Gard in Mbarara at a cost of 2.01bn Uganda shillings. As a project Manager on the above project, am responsible for the following duties; Preparing of budget estimates of the project. Before the start of the project, I was responsible for the preparation of budget estimates to be followed during the execution of the project. Construction scheduling. As a quantity surveyor on the above-mentioned project I was tasked with the following duties and responsibilities; Preparations of contracts for sub contracts. Preparation of budget estimates of the materials required for the execution of the project Analyzing completed work, measurement and arrangement of payment to the subcontractors and other workers Preparing of interim payment certificates. Ongoing cost analysis of maintenance repair work. 5. February 2014- July 2014; Contractor for the construction of an earthbag home in kinoni at the cost of 30m. November 2010- June 2013 as Site foreman for Zimu Construction Company Ltd During this period, I served as Site foreman for Zimu Construction Company Ltd on several projects such as the construction of water for production offices at the ministry of water and environment headquarters at a cost of 640m, Construction of the bean refinal stores at Center for International Tropical Agriculture (CIAT) at 320m in Kawanda and the rehabilitation of the National Agricultural research Organization (NARO) secretariat headquarters among others which can be provided upon request.
