My nickname is Fenty, and I live in Indonesia. I completed my undergraduate education (Bachelor Degree) and postgraduate education (Master Degree) in a linear path in the Information Systems program at Bina Nusantara University. I have work experience as a software tester (testing desktop and web-based applications for banking, including Bank CIMB Niaga and Bank Bukopin). Over the past 10 years, I have worked at Pelita Harapan University, 3 years in the IT department and the remaining 7 years in the quality assurance department. My main responsibilities included creating procedural flowcharts and all supporting documents, such as forms, templates, work instructions, and regulations, for implementation at the university in both academic and non-academic scopes. I also have some proficiency in design using Adobe Photoshop. Additionally, I have experience as an internal auditor for auditing study programs and work units at Pelita Harapan University. I hold an Internal Auditor for ISO 21001:2018 certification. I am meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized in my work.
