Troy Vincent Salomson

Hello, my name is Troy Vincent Salomson, and I'm from Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. I attended Liceo de Cagayan University, where I majored in Human Resource Development Management as part of my Business Administration course. I may not have completed my college degree, but I am always eager to learn and apply new skills. I had a BPO work experience with FBC Business Solutions, where I worked as an outbound agent. The job improved my English communication skills, and I also honed my multi-tasking abilities since the account required me to take notes and enter information into the system while on calls with clients. I also had the opportunity to start my own business, but unfortunately, due to the pandemic and lack of working capital, I had to close it. However, the experience taught me valuable lessons in business management and problem-solving.
