Having to work at a younger age, I have honed set of skills. I started working for a small company, catering to clients states side, From chat support to email queries and follow up, aiming only for efficient customer service. This paving way for another skill, tried a company promising greener pasture. Setting foot for a bigger role, I was working for a call center providing renowned service for customer service. Trained for inbound and outbound customer service by a company with Fortune 500. Evolving skills from customer service to technical support and sales, to top that off I was also a financial account manager. Leaving the call center based career, introduced me to the greatness of being home based. The extensive training and experience from accounts ranging from telco, credit cards, internet service provider, selling products from tools to health insurance and doing administrative and training made it more effective for me to be a home based freelancer.
As a chat and email support, being able to respond at a fast pace is a plus.
