I’m Trisha Kerstin Griaga, and I bring over 6 years of experience in client success, customer support, and operations, working primarily with U.S.-based companies. My background includes handling end-to-end client communications, managing administrative and virtual assistant tasks, building SOPs and workflows, and supporting executives in fast-paced environments.
I also spent three years in law school, which strengthened my attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills. I pride myself on being organized, proactive, and client-focused, with a genuine passion for creating seamless experiences that build long-term relationships.
Outside of work, I enjoy singing, writing songs, hiking, and skating, which help keep my creativity and energy balanced.
