I have experience with different technologies involving data annotation/ labeling. We are task to master different specification which helps as to be flexible to transition to another project whenever the client asks to. I have manage to adapt quickly and excel to each technology given.

Perform quality checking of tagged video clips as instructed per project. Has mastery of project instruction given by the clients.

Team leader of mostly 6 to 12 AIP and also handled QC and their respective teams. Identifies learning gaps and coach AIP/QC to improve output and team relationship.

Submit and create deliverables such as Scorecard, Monthly Performance Review, Business Review, End of Shift Report, etc. 

Led comprehensive onboarding and training for new employees. Coordinate with the client to improve training materials.

 I am also skilled in using data tools such as Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Libre Office (Calc, Writer, Impress) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs). I have experience in handling people and using this tools to gather data for monitoring of metrics.

I've love to create presentations, video and photo editing, research, and other crafts that hones my skill.
