Hi, my name is Trisha Albie Love Ocleda. I’m 20 years old and I’m from Davao City, Philippines.

I have over a year of experience in the BPO industry. I worked for 6 months in a back-office role where I handled transportation documents. After that, I worked for a year in a healthcare account, handling inbound/outbound calls from elderly clients and veterans. I helped them understand their insurance and answered their concerns.

I’m patient, a good communicator, and I can handle different types of customers. I’m also willing to learn and grow in this role.I’m most confident handling customer support clients, especially in healthcare. I’m used to talking to elderly clients and helping them understand their concerns.

I’m also comfortable with inbound calls and back-office tasks like handling documents. I’m good at explaining things clearly and helping customers.
