Tricia Mae Baldorado

I am a detail-oriented QA Tester with experience in manual and automated testing, specializing in UI regression, functional, and end-to-end testing. My role involves identifying defects, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality software.

Previously, I worked as a QA Automation Engineer at Dirawong, where I focused on test automation using Playwright, test scenario creation, UI regression, and bug tracking. I ensured software met business requirements by executing test plans and maintaining testing documentation.

Before that, I was a Test Automation Engineer Associate at Accenture, where I worked on manual and automated testing using UIPath. I also served as a Software QA Tester at Allerin, conducting database, regression, and end-to-end testing for web and mobile applications. My QA journey began as a Functional Consultant at Mustard Seed Systems Corporation, where I tested new system features and managed bug fixes.

To strengthen my technical expertise, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science as a part-time student at UoPeople. This program enhances my knowledge of software development, algorithms, and computer systems, complementing my QA and test automation experience.

Outside of work, I enjoy mystery, crime, and horror movies, as well as playing hidden object games, which align with my passion for problem-solving and attention to detail. Additionally, I am improving my communication skills through an English course at UoPeople to enhance my speaking and writing abilities for professional growth.

I thrive in collaborative environments where teamwork and analytical thinking drive efficiency. My goal is to refine my test automation skills, stay updated with industry advancements, and contribute to delivering seamless user experiences. I am excited about new challenges and opportunities that will allow me to grow in the tech industry.
