In my 4 years working in Government Agencye, I have continuously developed my skills in teamwork and leadership where my skills in critical thinking, decision-making, partnership, coordination, and collaboration were strengthened. As a case manager on the other hand, I was able to see the various situation of the program beneficiaries from a different perspective, thus, approaches in the helping process also varies and creativity in providing interventions is applied. My determination, dedication, and motivation drive my actions to do what needs to be done.
