I have previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at Sitel. I got a promotion a year after I started and so I was able to handle classes for the newbies and be their mentor. As a mentor I was trained to do admin tasks and call monitoring andto be a quality assurance specialist and reports analyst, thus, I'm very much familiar with MS Office. 

When I decided to be an online freelancer, I have attended classes to enhance my skills and gain more knowledge about the business.
