Responsible for vendor communication, venue preparation, and artist’s liason for
musical riders; to ensure procurement of sound system and stage equiptment.

Responsible for conceptual construction, design implementation, and duties
assignment to related staff of visual communication design as a neccessary
elements of the main event.

Responsible for band managers and band members recruitment, managing bands
by distributing responsiblilities to appointed band managers, conducting
performance assessments and evaluations to related band member as a band
personel, to grouped members as esthablised bands, and to band managers to
achieve a desrired level of performance by related personel.

professionals and other related source of knowledge. I am responsible in
development of application systems to create community-based interaction,
ensuring business-model developments, and establishing management team to
carry-out daily activities.

Participating in HR Ecowork program, a green iniciative brought by HR Danamon
personels, as an internal “green at the office” program. I Contributed as
Commucation Strategist, Graphic Designer, and any related design needed to
