I began my professional career as a Retail Account Specialist handling international accounts. In this role, I was responsible for managing customer orders from placement to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. I worked closely with global clients, assisting them with product inquiries, order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving any delivery concerns. A key part of my responsibility was monitoring account activity to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products that matched customer needs. By building strong relationships and understanding client purchasing patterns, I was able to recommend additional products and promotions that added value to their business while increasing company revenue. My experience with international customers strengthened my communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work across different time zones and cultures.

After gaining experience in retail account management, I transitioned into a Technical Support Specialist role for internet services. In this position, I provided frontline support to customers experiencing connectivity issues, slow internet speeds, or service interruptions. I performed troubleshooting steps such as diagnosing modem and router problems, guiding customers through technical configurations, and escalating complex issues to higher-level technical teams when necessary. I also educated customers on optimizing their internet setup to improve performance. This role enhanced my problem-solving abilities, technical knowledge, and patience in handling high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Currently, I handle Australian customers for their gas and electricity accounts. In this role, I assist customers with billing inquiries, account setup, payment arrangements, and plan comparisons. I help them understand their energy usage, explain charges clearly, and offer suitable plans based on their consumption patterns. I also manage account updates, process service requests, and ensure compliance with company policies and Australian energy regulations. Working with Australian clients has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly and professionally while adapting to different customer expectations and regulatory standards.

Across all three roles, I have developed strong customer service expertise, account management skills, technical troubleshooting abilities, and a results-driven approach focused on customer satisfaction and business growth.
