My professional experience includes working as a freelance web designer & IT consultant, where I enhanced online presence for businesses through comprehensive website design, hosting, and maintenance. I have also led business creation projects and developed successful marketing campaigns, significantly increasing client acquisition. Additionally, I have experience as a research assistant, where I developed a machine learning chatbot, and as a resident advisor, where I provided community leadership and support.
